Due to the kids growing up, needing more room
and wanting to enjoy their property, our customers asked us to give their home a new look.

Scope of work.
Remove existing cedar siding and prep exterior to receive new Hardie Board siding, pre-finished soffit, fascia and eave trough.

Remove all existing window and door units and replace with new energy efficient units.

Construct new 32 foot by 8 foot deck on front of house complete with columns and beams to support new roof to cover new deck and screen porch. Soffit over new deck and screen porch lined with cedar. Columns and gables were covered with stone.

Turn storage room off hallway into new common bathroom. A new bathroom in the basement was also completed.
Bump out child's bedroom 8 feet by 2 feet and install window seat. Alterations were also made to fairy tale castle in bedroom.
