Rebuild Existing Deck.
On this project, our customer liked the existing look of their deck, unfortunately the condition of the deck had deteriorated over the years, rotted out decking boards, shifting and sagging foundation and beams.
To meet the customers needs we rebuilt a new deck for them with the existing look as a template for the design of the new deck.
We added two beams.(Beam in center of deck not shown)
Provided good support on pads with adjustable cottage jacks.
A removable lattice skirting and a hand rail at side of step were added to the original design.(completed August 2010)
